To be eligible, you must:
- Be an individual applicant
- Have a minimum CIBIL score of 680 or above (NTC applicants are also eligible)
- Have rooftop ownership or rights where the installation is proposed
- Have sufficient roof area as per MNRE guidelines
- Provide your latest electricity bill
- Have an active savings bank account
Meeting these criteria allows you to apply for rooftop solar financing under the scheme.
